Arrived at the low bridge 33.5 on the map and went under with half a metre to spare with the mast and radio aerial down.   This means that we should be able to get under a 29 (2.900 metres) bridge.

Arrived at Sluis 1 where we had to pay €15 for the operation of this heritage canal!   This canal is still manually operated no power on the gates that are pushed and pulled with long poles. We got a bag of literature (in Dutch) and Lotije bought a burgee.   The €15 should last us a year (if we ever come back). This canal is shallow and we went aground near the bank a number of times.

Arrived a Sluis 3 and the operator was closing for the day so we had to stop on the moorings just below the lock.    The book does say it closes at 17.00.
